Fallout 4 Banks Post Office Operational?
So where are the banks and post office in commonw why are they not in use?
They have people that can work to earn money there or caps and to work at
post office? We can see they are working as pre war in Dcity etc but
people would need post to comm and caps money as they trade in commonw

Should they be in operational? People can earn caps having jobs there?

How do factions Bos institute gunners etc comms with others not having post?
How do factions trade in commonw ? do they visit places to make caps?
Could factions people benefit from banks in commonw ?

We saw gunners in good neighbour that is proof if they visit there due to
our companion, they can visit there or Dcity etc to trade there?

What missions do people skip in Fallout 4 most? preston? dima tapes is worst
mission and never should of been in Fallout 4?

That's not how it works. just because it was a bank in the civilised industrial world doesn't make it still a bank in a post apocalypse. I'd say more but it would be a waste of time.

I do not understand this question.

Yes, they just travel and trade, etc, like anyone else. factions have their own 'banks'. Banks do not have to be an official building with `bank` written on the side. It could be as simple as a small closest with a stash of cash and one guy who counts and distributes it.

Yes they probably could and probably do visit those places as long as they don't cause trouble.

I don't skip any missions, unless a game path choice takes me away from it (I have no idea how the Railroad missions go cos I never support the Railroad)but some I do delay, like the main quest.

I like the Dima tapes mission, it actually has a person using his brain a little. The fact that so many people hate it just goes to show how little FO4 taxes the brain at default, which is sad, cos it's not a hard puzzle.

Banks and Postal Services are viable in a normal environment.
Fallout's environment is anything but normal.
Banks require an invested industry and economy. Something that is lacking in Bethesda fallout games... (but WAS hinted at in the Fallout new Vegas game).

There are trade caravans that travel the commonwealth and beyond, (its how you get McReady's serum to his Son)... but we have no idea what they are carrying beside common junk items.

BOS, institute, and Gunners don't strike me as trading for goods, more like just taking what they want. (again, look at the quests we get from the Brotherhood... you TAKE the food... you don't negotiate a price. you CAN buy the food, but the reward for the quest is 1/3 the cost of buying the supplies, indicating its NOT the preferred outcome by Bethesda)

Gunners are know to hire out their services to traders, they have to meet them somewhere, so the towns make sense...

I skip all the faction quests... just cause I have no interest in them and couldn't care less about "finishing" the game.. and am more then happy to wile away a hundred hours on a settlement concept then "play" the game....

You can find old Postman outfits and hats, I just need to figure out how to modify them to be fully armored so I can outfit my provisioners with them.

Couriers like in fallout nv exist, one would think they would also be found elsewhere across the world. Getting information from one place to another has always relied on foot travel or later radio - but not everyone has a working understanding or parts for radio use.

Cant you use ballistic weave obtained from the railroad faction? or does it not work on that outfit?

Turn this game into a Kevin Costner Fallout: The Postman.

I rarely modify armor or weapons, it may very well be able to properly take ballistic weave. I'm just too lazy to do it :D

The postman uniform can be armoured with ballistic weave. The hat cannot; sadly, there are only about four hat types that can have ballistic weave.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

They do exist, I manage the great commonwealth bank. For the low low price of 100 caps you can have your very own genuine charge card.

Trust me bro

Teller: Welcome to Garvey's Credit Union how may I help you?
Customer: I'd like to withdraw 5000 bottle caps.
Teller (picks up phone): beep Supervisor to the front please beep

Supervisor: I told you to stop making beep noises with your mouth. The phone's not even plugged in.
Teller: I quit.
Supervisor: Why?
Teller: There's 6 of us here and I'm the only one who ever does anything.
Supervisor: I've noticed. You took care of all Concord customers on your own, and that's why I'm promoting you to Manager. Congratulations boss.
Teller: Stop it, Preston
Supervisor: and that's why I'm promoting you to District Manager
Teller: ...
Supervisor: ..to CEO

Teller: Goodbye Preston
Supervisor: wait
Teller: What?!
Supervisor: Another customer needs your help

That sounds hard to prove, unless you're referring to yourself and admitting to being a bot.
