Report a translation problem
Some have fixed it by reinstalling the Steam client. I have also seen some solving the -len problem by running the game in "Windows 7"-compatibility mode.
So far have I not found a good explanation for why and when the error occurs. It is a dodgy one, but most people seem to have fixed it eventually.

Anyway, now it's time to enjoy Fallout4 for the rest of Sunday!
