Sound cutting off when I use a jetpack

Everytime I spam my jetpack to get to places I hear a voice as if my headphones stops working and the sound only comes back when I exit the game. Then if I spam the jetpack again the same issue would happen and I lose the sound.

Are you running a modded game?

Are you running the currently-available game from Steam? If you are you might want to verify the game files, as it's possible that a sound file has become corrupted.

If it's modded... look to all your mods.
