Bobby Pin impossibile to equip in invemtory.
Hello everyone!
When I click on the Bobby Pins in the inventory (even pressing Enter), the little square does not appear next to them, and therefore I can't equip them. Why? thanks

you dont equip them if you have them it will use them. its supposed to be a automatic process

Either you do not have any bobby pins to use, or you are running the game over 60 fps and the game cannot process that specific animation correctly.

Only you know which of those is the case.

They are only used to pick locks, when you come to something locked, (Doors, chests etc) when you click that thing you will pick the lock with a bobby pin if you have any in inventory.

Thanks for the replies.
I have 17 bobby pins in my inventory and when I click on the lock of the toolbox of the keeper of the Seagus Ironworks (but also of other locks) the Bobby Pins are not activated, but the character says that it is impossible to open that lock. I haven't changed the FPS: I have the default ones.

Thanks for the replies

If the lock difficulty is above novice you need Locksmith perks to open
Zekiran Mar 5 @ 12:06pm
Yeah you need to increase your perk for it. Just like trying to hack a higher difficulty computer or pickpocket harder enemies.

How can I increase my Locksmith perks?

Every time you level up, you gain a perk point. Spend them on "lockpicking" in the perk tree....

Ok, thanks, now my experience in lock-picking is higher, but when i try to use the lock picks on any lock, i don't have animation screen, so can't see what i am doing. The monitor's resolution is set to native, but I don't know where I can read, and/or set, the 60 fps.
I also tried to have the game detect the default video settings for my system again, but nothing changed.

same to use perk points to upgrade for higher computer hacks

This is really very simple with just patience and playing the game. You're making it far harder than it is.

Just play the game.

Use your video card's suite if you have one. Or, consult any of the hundreds of guides and videos online about this since it is the most common issue that the game even has.

What RESOLUTION is your monitor? Are you running some incredibly large widescreen, or one that has a refresh rate 144 or above? If you're using either of those things, one or another mods should help there, but without knowing what you're dealing with specifically it's hard to say.
