Spent more on assassins creed.
Hell I wouldnt be suprised if the Pipboy and RobCo stand if they were sold individually on the Bethesda store with a price tag of even $75. When you think about it at $50 for the pipboy and stand that is just $25 for the pipboy and stand that is very reasonable but lets face it when has a game publisher been reasonable on items they sell.
Theres some people on facebook on Bethesda`s page pushing for more Pip-Boy editions to be made as there are a lot of them listed on Ebay for $500 and up as they were bought in bulk by scalpers.
While I am strongly against buying up multiples and marking them up that high especially as they are pre order still. I can not support producing more because more being produced will result in the collectors edition not being a collectible anymore and would upset quite a few people that paid the price for it.
I personall and I also said this on the page that I support Bethesda going on Ebay finding out who the people are selling them for that price find their home address which is easily found out and if they have a Pip-boy pre order reguardless if its just one take and cancle the order and put it back in the pool for those to purchase it for themselves.
Now with that said I saw as of today on Best Buys website there is a new item listed when you do a search for Fallout 4. It is the Fallout 4 Vault Dwellers Survival Guide. It is pre order for $29.99, and it says PS4 and Xbox One. No mention of PC so I dont know if there is a difference or if that is just an over sight. The thing that has me a little bummed out and upset is that Bestbuy gives you a 15% discount on game guides if you purchase it with a game. This guide just showed up today on the 17th and I placed my pre order on the 15th. I will how ever be contacting Bestbuy tomorrow to find out if that guide is for PC as well and if it is could they add that on to my Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition pre order and give me the 15% discount on the guide.
