What type of settlement will you build?
All I'm hopeful for settlement-wise, is that we attract unique NPC's, not just 'trader' or 'farmer', but named, interesting characters.
I remember Todd Howard saying that you'll need to build defenses to repell raider attacks, but nothing about walls. Still it's not that much of a stretch I suppose.
I also hope you can hire people to protect your settlement and give them weapons and armor and tell them where to stand and stuff
