Own your own pack brahmin
How cool would it be to be able to purchase a pack brahmin you could leave outside of caves and buildings so you didn't have to make so many trips back to town? In Daggerfall you were able to buy a horse and cart. I think it would be awesome to have something like that in FO4.

M-m-m-m-modssss.

Anyways, sure, would be a cool gimmick to have as long as the Brahmin can die. THEN BETHESDA CAN RELEASE A BRAHMIN ARMOR DLC GOTY EDITION ONLY $15

Dungeon Siege did something like that, you could buy a mule to carry all your stuff, it was pretty cool.

There was Bessie the Brahmin which was cut from NV.

After using a mod that restored her for awhile, I kinda started seeing why she was cut.

Ah yes, I remember that! It would be a cool thing to have in Fallout 4. Although they may die easily, could you imagine an encounter with a couple of deathclaws? Unless it sprints away.

Death claws would probably turn them into some nice fat Brahmin steaks. :)

Because when traversing the wastelands, I want to drag a 500 pound cow behind me. Interesting idea, but it sounds prone to being annoying.

I would never use it. What's the point of carefully managing my equipement and calculating value to weight ratios if I can just load everything I find on a pack brahmin?

What if the Brahmin has a weight limit?

Well actually, Bethesda are the OGs of DLC asshattery.

They've gotten better, but they've regressed a bit if Hearthfire is any indication.

It will still be far, far too much (200 kg? More?). I always use mods to severely limit my character's carry weight for balance and/or RP purposes. Way I see it, a pack brahmin is pure cheat, on top of being ten kinds of ridiculous.

Of course, I'm not saying everyone should play the same way I do. As long as it's optional, I have no problem with it.

IF anything like this was a feature, I'm fairly certain it would be optional. You shouldn't be forced to walk with a brahmin! :)

Oh I could never limit my carry weight, I'm a packrat. My guy is just really tough!

Yup the "Real Time Settler" mod for New Vegas gave you Brahmin Bess, and I actually really enjoyed it. I would love to see this as an option in Fallout 4, because I also have a habit of grabbing every weapon and cool armor I find when prospecting. I also can't be the only one who enjoyed RPing a trader, could I?

Yeah, the vanilla carry weight seems to have been selected with an absolute titan of an MC in mind...
Mine is highly intelligent and charismatic, but completely worthless in most things physical.
