[ Answered ] High FPS Phyisic Fix still not showing improvement with Load Accelerator;
After one year trying all in my end without having to rely on other mods, I've been reading too much about recommendations and seems like having High Physics fix will 90% solve stuttering problems and perfomance and dips it gets in medium and large crowded scenes.
I have been stalling and trying everything at my ending and even with Load Accelerator there have been no massive improvement. Load saves are reduced by a lot but transiting between places still take like a minute or so.

So wish me luck because tomorrow is going to be a brand new day....after making an entire year since December 2023 in trying to make Fallout 4 as supposed to be in a PC that can handle any other game from the last 6 years at top of the line but surely I still cannot run at 1080p nor 1440p because my 24 inch monitor is right at my face. I have no big space in room so I got still run below 1920x1080.

Anyhow I've watched videos from 8 months ago that F.4.S.E. can be installed manually and hopelly Highg Physic fix will also.

The base default speed is at 350 but why still take like a minute to load the save game at the startup or when transiting between area locations?

F4SE should always be installed manually, yes. Because when a mod organizer does it, as we've seen FREQUENTLY here, it does not download the CORRECT version of the program.

F4SE's readme is one of the best I've seen, and I did technical writing for a while. So, following its instructions should be quite easy.

The physics fix as well, since it is not technically a 'mod' so much as a 'patch for before you launch', should be fine. Hopefully those will help you enjoy your game again.
If only F4SE documentation for mod authors was to the same high standard instead of… nonexistent.

“Read the .h files” is like it’s 1980 all over again.
By the way those are C++ header files, not “help” files, for anyone who is wondering.
Using a mod manager for High Physics Fix gives you just more control and clarity over the installed mods.

The manual installation of F4SE and High Physics Fix does not mean more than copying the content of the unpacked files into your Fallout 4 folder, where the .exe is. Simple as that.

Now after the decision to use F4SE (which for me is an integral part of FO4), you could also consider using Buffout 4.
Load Times
(at my end)

While in-game press the "window" key or "ctrl-alt-del" to bring up the desktop.
Open "Task manager"
Go to "details" , sort it by "Memory(active private working set)"

Now Fallout4.exe should by 1st in the list.
right-click on it.
choose "set priority"
set it to "Above Normal"
Return to Game.
There will be some improvement in loading-times.
Similar to what "accelerating mods" do

Do this each time you play F4 or any game to boost performance.

Utterly pointless on a decent system
I just had step back because....ohh noes. My panic and mental fear is attacking again...reading many posts in High Physics FPS fix made me not move forward and also not for once mentions it can be used this modification on a pre existent or continue my saved game after starting F4se.exe with High Physics fix mod. I've read 2 columns of negative comments about HPFF causing stuttering, still makes me think if it will solve the insanity to play this game on a decent PC.
After going to Reddit and reading 1 year old discussions to 8 months, none of them seem to point HPFF do work on a existent save. Why does it have to start a new game?

Can someone tell me why? This bring me back to one of main reasons I've stopping to mod this game that bad. Hell I only have 7 modifications which are standalone and yet when it comes to be a life consuming modifications that should solve stuttering problem once and for all. Why I must erase two thousand of hours progress to make this to work? Am I missing something?
It also bring me back when I've tried Unofficial Patch two years ago when nowhere in the instruction, it had to be ''started in a new game'' then instead of fixing bugs, it created other issues instead when using an existing save. Is it really not possible to use High Physic FPS fix on a pre existing save game, in my situation my one and only progression I have since 2019 for +2800 hours.
High FPS Physics Fix doesn't require starting a new game. Anyone who says that is lying or parroting erroneous baloney. It's one of the few mods you can remove from existing saves.
Just ignore those bug reports and go for it, I'm sure glad that I did.

Ohh...whoa.....ohh....such a relief. Please better be because I've trying everything at my end, tweaking Nvidia control panel, editing and turning off manually game .ini parameters and nothing seem to have stopped perfomance from dipping down to 35 in Boston ruins or in my settlements. At average stand at 47-60 but there are few angles it get way below than 35-29 and it just makes me cry. Of course graphics are at medium to high.

And I have before for longer time on a much weaker computer than in my actual for 4 years before and perfomance stood around that. Actually was at 24-38 frames at minimum and I never could build large or medium settlements, graphics at very minimum. Of course back then the previous processor was the cause of all of this otherwise I should have ran the game at least above the minimum.
Installed and place both mods but I am finding confusing where to place High Physic Fix folder. There is no Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins. I have placed Plugins folder in Fallout4\Plugins.

Seems like I haven't downloaded Address Library for F4SE Plugins. All videos and the read page for the modification haven't mentioned that. On post section it do.
Data (E:) > SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > Fallout4 > Data > F4SE > Plugins
that's the pathing arrangement I have. Unzip HFPSPF & plop the folder named F4SE in Data.
I got this message now after making the folder manually without downloading Address Library for F4SE Plugins.

DLL plugins you have installed require a new version of the Address Library. Either this is a new install, or Fallout was just updated. Visit the Address Library webpage for updates?
Yes / No?

I have declined and now the message telling me to download that extra step or all data will be lost. I have downloaded all latest except for that address library step which was nowhere to be mentioned in the instruction.
yea, that Address Library consists of six .BIN files that are to end up in the same Plugins folder alongside the High FPS Physics Fix files. Wasn't required for HFPSPF until more recently. Just use 7-zip or Winrar and extract the contents to the correct folder. It's easy.
Now seems to be all F4Prefs.ini configurations are overrided in this plugin modification. The resolution is at 1920X1080 and is running at 350 frames instead of 90 but loading screen still not fast.
Is already 1 minute and still loading. I have Load Accelerator and running the same speed. Going take me a while to tweak this HFPSPF.ini file. I was running at 1900X600.

@Menace to Sobriety:
Thank you for guiding me at this final moment because Nexus page for this mod didn't mention anywhere about this step for Plugin's library. In fact at the top of the requirements all it show is ''this mod have no dependecies except for the base game''. The author should really update the that specific headline.
You're on an SSD as opposed to HDD, correct?
