Overseer's most wanted broken?

Was using this to track my followers earlier in my play though so it was defo working when I started but at some point it vanished from my quest list and no matter what I try it wont come back. Any cleaver person out there know of a console command or so other trickery to force it to come back? It's way to easy to tell some one to "stay" by mistake and lose them :(

You can build the terminal (population management system)in any settlement and track any companion. It will show as a quest with a marker to their location.

The quest will vanish once you've found the lost companion, if you lose them again you need to use the terminal once more.

You can go back to the place you built the terminal and just stop and start the “program”.

These are the first 2 things I tried before making this post although thanks for reply. Going to need something more technical. Anyone?
