I would suggest... don't use all of those at once? They're all VERY LARGE overarching changes to the base game. Choose ONE of them.
If you are really running Fallout version 160 you either downgraded to the wrong version or you are using a pirated version of the game. In both cases that may be the problem.
There is NO need to download any of the older mod versions (aka old files).
You also need to use both "Depravity" and "Outcasts and Remnants" as Depravity needs the other mod as a master file.
I played all of those on .163 with no issues.
So u likely have a conflict somewhere.

So if you have problems with mod compatibility you may have to update MO2.
If you don't know how to use mod organizer 2 then it's time to spend some hours watching tutorials (or switch over to vortex which is way more user friendly but not as good when using extensive conflicting load orders).
You have to activate the mods properly and save your profile, too....
