The 2nd one is just wrong, especially with her little sister looking at how her big sister... well essentially "selling herself out" to the player character.
Also, again super clean and well groomed looking for the situation she's in, while her sister is also completely unaltered.

it's possible to consider clean clothes available since the vanilla game offers a tuxedo and a clean suit. also the sequin dress, the red one and blue one, are also clean.
so wearing clean clothes is already something the game offers.
magnolia has a clean dress. the institure scientists have clean clothes too. the intitute coursier have clean armor.

of course, in a realistic point of view, those clean clothes would get dirty in no time since the ss walk and run/fight in a dirty envirronement.
nevertheless, you can imagine the ss washing his clothes in the lakes or with the blue water pump even if those features are not visually included in the game.
