Playing as a default Chinese in Fallout.

I'm playing AGAIN, 100 hours of FO3, and my protagonist wears the following throughout the entire game:
fallout wiki/Chinese_jumpsuit
"dirty Chinese jumpsuit" + "Chinese commando hat"

Because I'm thinking: Who is the protagonist in FO7. And I can't think of an explicit default so far.
So Chinese might be quite interesting as a protagonist.
