"talk to sierra" misc quest after finishing cappy in a haystack

I finished cappy in a haystack a while ago but just now I found out I had a quest in the misc section called "talk to sierra petrovita" when I do, she just says the idle lines that she says after I killed bradberton. Is there actually something that comes after cappy in a haystack?

Once you have killed Bradberton, you are done with the quest. There is nothing more from her that I am aware of.

Yeah you cannot get any farther because you chose to kill the guy. It's an either/or situation, you can only choose one side or the other.
