Report a translation problem
TLDR: it was because of a power grid corruption.
Have a look at the last mod here, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17777, the power grid tools, you run a small console command and it detects whether you have an issue, and clean it if possible, that solved it for me

Sounds great, I will get it downloaded now. I suspect you are right as I had one situation where I had 700 power on the grid but despite being connected a few pylons were not being powered. I thought maybe one of the mods created essentially a range on power so that it must be without a certain range of the power supply but I couldn't find anything as weird as that, I will check out that mod now. :D
Do you know exactly where the fix is, this is a chonky mod?
Got it working, worked perfectly I had a lot of errors on the power grid so after running cpg no more crashing, thanks man :)
