any more 10mm's and shotguns? (mods)

looking for all the best mods to make more use of 10mms and shotguns. I like the shotgun surgeon mod and the triple barrel from CC. Want more guns that use these ammo types though. Please link your favorites?

darn I would love a 10mm carbine that maybe looks like a Mac-10 (pretty american) or something and has an extended barrel and mag or like my Banshee 10mm I own in real life for when I'm backpacking in bear country. I carry my 10mm Redhawk for backup ;)

Mac-10 & any pistol round are Machine Pistols. Not rifles, not Carbines.
Well, you have the M-9 Thompson, crap damage cause... devs., but it's there.

noo look like a mac 10 but longer. I mean the body of the gun, the sights, etc. I want to have some new wacky design

Use Vortex, a mod manager made by the website those mods are from. Makes mod installation as simple as the click of a button
