Fallout 4
"High FPS Physics Fix" mod fixed a problem, but...
High FPS Physics Fix Fixed a huge problem for me, wich was really long load times for no reason. But now i have this problem, since the game uncaps the fps (the loading times are related to the default 60 fps limit for some reason) now my game goes to 200 fps average and my pc starts to overheat a bit (i run the game on ultra). If i limit the fps (using nvidia control panel, for example), to 120 so the pc overheats, the long loading time returns, and yes, i am using fallout 4 script extender and something around 12 mods that are pretty vanilla or simple (like adding a weapon from another fallout game or letting me have 3 compaions) What should i do?

If I remember correctly , this game is set to run at 60 FPS . you can run this game at 120 FPS if you have a 144 HZ monitor and your game files edited to do this ( and no , I haven't
done this ) .
Youre remembering correctly.
120FPS are the limit with the High Physics Mod. Anything above will mess up dialogues and stuff. Mod still works like charm.

As for OPs issue, Im very familiar with that but I couldnt really solve it over the years so the sweet spot is just too cap your FPS to your likings (anything up to 120FPS with the High Physics Mod) and then tab out during the loading screen.
Get rid of Nextrus & mods first. If you only want a few mods, stick to Menu Mods.
Here is a good optimization that may help you in other games as well:
1) Set monitor to 100-144hz if capable, Freesync or G-Sync On.
2) Set drivers to use Enhanced Sync (AMD)/Fast Sync (nvidia).
3) Disable V-Sync in Launcher options (as well as Weapon Debris as mentioned above).
4) Set your FPS cap in Drivers to the number you set in (1).
5) Set other game options according to this guide, I found it very useful: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/fallout-4-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide/
Enjoy !
Also set fan speeds to 100% at 60C to curb overheating overall problems in all situations.
Guys, i didnt change the mod file, for now i capped with nvidia controll panel my frame rate at 120, im having no problems, loading times are really fast and my gpu is at 40 degrees celcius the majority of time, thank everyone for the help

If I understood you correctly, you want to cap gameplay fps but still get the uncapped loads, if that`s the case:

The mods has an ini, HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini

Set InGameFPS to a value you want the game FPS to be locked to (line 58)
If you set InGameFPS to a value higher than 60:
Set BudgetMaxFPS to the same value as InGameFPS (line 283)
Set DynamicUpdateBudget to true (line 264)

if you want go further in reduce load screens you can also
Set DisableBlackLoadingScreens to true (line 37)
Set DisableAnimationOnLoadingScreens to true (line 44)

thanks alot, works perfectly
Yeah, High FPS Physics Fix has a very nicely commented .ini file, that you can go through and set a bunch of options. I used it on my most recent playthrough, with just the load accelerator options, quite successfully. (this was on my old AMD GPU, RX570)
