difficulty & legendary spawn chance
We all know survival difficulty increases your chance to get a legendary spawn, but what about other difficulties? it gradually increases with the difficulty?

Yes it does. Its not very noticeable at lowers levels, in my experience. As even on very hard, I rarely see legendaries, somewhat regularly, until I start hitting the 30s.

found this, but also found different informations against this.. one another says v.hard is 2x and survival is 3x..

3. Game difficulty is another modifier in legendary enemy spawn chance. When an encounter is generated, your base legendary spawn chance (based on player level) is multiplied by a fixed number directly associated with the difficulty you are playing on. There are a lot of numbers floating around on the internet for these modifiers, but the settings in the game files are as follows.

Very Easy: .25
Easy: .5
Normal: 1
Hard: 1.25
Very Hard: 1.5
Survival (the new survival, not launch survival): 1.5

modifier values are not too important, my real question is, "do spawn rates gradually increase?" and it seems so.

one last question: does vhard & survival the same spawn rates? or the other info is right? (vhard 2x, survival 3x)

Spawn chance table

Player Level\Game Difficulty
Very Easy --- Very Hard/Survival
21 - 30 3% 18%
31 - 40 3.75% 22.5%
41 - 50 4.5% 27%
51+ 5% 30%

well, another info kinda confirms that vhard = survival on legendary spawns..

and also, your observation..

player level plays a big role, as it was mentioned in the sendond post too..

yeah, i found some confirmations.

1) difficulty & legendary spawn rates inceases together.
2) very hard=survival in legendary spawn rates

given and taken damage is also the same in vhard and survival, only there is no adrenaline on vhard.. so it makes vhard more challenging.. but there is quicksave in vhard (plus+ ammo is weightless, so you can carry all your ammo with you).. kinda balances things out.

I like how you marked my reply as the answer, when you're the one that went out and did the research and found the data yourself. XD

During my currently playthrough on Extra Hard at level 91 I am running into Legendary, Albino, and Mythical pretty regularly when out exploring. Pretty much every combat situation with more than two enemies now have at least one Legendary or higher. Animal wise its about the same. It's to the point I'm giving legendary gear and weapons away to settlers I have so many duplicates.
