Members of our community are "Famous" and hitting mainstream news!
Well....

As "mainstream" and "news" as Gaming Bible can be...

The problem with being a Fallout Nerd, is that I am tuning into all the sources for Fallout news... Even the bad ones...

And while I consider Gaming Bible AI generated slop, I do read them just to see if its more AI slop, or if there is any real Fallout news there.... And I am disappointed every time.

So imagine my surprise when I read an other AI generated "news story" (AKA puff piece) And saw some famous names from our little community here!!!

https://www.gamingbible.com/news/fallout-4-final-secret-520261-20250509

So I guess now when they give advice... they can say "I know my ♥♥♥♥, I been quoted in publications"....
All those years of giving Fallout 4 advice and Lore tips are paying off :D

<Just what their Egos Need :P >

So guys, Take a bow, every one else: the line is to the left for autographs.

(With a side dose of: Be careful what you post, SOMEONE really is watching!!)

yo :)

Though I'm not super clear the article isn't just scraping and assembling paragraphs, since those comments were what like 2 years ago now?

Cool post Nitemares, thanks for sharing the link. I enjoyed reading through the publication with comments from some very familiar people. Of the secret locations mentioned I only found the "rocket shed" before, so will be investigating the others soon. I'm very late to F4, only bought the game in Nov '22, but it's my go-to when I get burned out with the other games I play regularly.

I'd be famous too if I could rip the door off a safe with my bare hands

Heh, I guess if you're around long enough posting things, it's bound to happen.
The internet remembers everything indeed. Thankfully I don't care about such things and hope I am never mentioned by whatever it is.

If that's the direction your brain defaulted to, then I doubt that.

10/10 for originality though.
This is literally an AI parsing your messages on Steam, which are actually the property of Steam (and potentially you) which may be illegal.

The "AI" horsemanure on your smartphone does the same thing by the way, it parses all your text messages to learn how humans talk to each other.
This A.I. stuff is starting to get scary.
That article is complete and utter slop.
DouglasGraves can be found arguing with others over that VATS terminal in early 2016.

I pointed this out in like 2019 multiple times since when Juicehead tried claiming he found that terminal and nobody else had found it.

It was certainly late in 2016, about December, though I can't say how much earlier I ran across the terminal in-game. It was an interesting discussion, even without some of the later elaborations.
