Also, how much time do you really think you'd spend playing Fallout 1 inside your Pip-Boy?
Wouldn't say no to psionics being in the game though and that's lore friendly
True, true. Still, it would be extremely difficult to port the entire game into the Pip-Boy.
Not sure (haven't installed it yet), but you can on Windows 7 and 8, so I don't see why not. I'll get back to you on that though.
Provided DosBox still runs, then you should be able to...

These little demos bring home the shear increase in power of computing over the last couple of decades.
They aren't even DOS games. You can run them like regular applications (although they're at ridiculously low resolution).
They are DOS games - Fallout 2 was Windows only, but it would be 95/98 and often incompatible with newer versions...
The ones rereleased on Steam have had their own DOSBox launcher incorporated into them to make them compatible with newer versions of Windows, or updated to run accordingly...
Yes, some old DOS games do run find under the latest versions of Windows, but this is extremely rare to be all but improbable...
Hell, most DOS games I used to play would not function under even Windows 98SE, let alone XP, 7 or 8...
Then there's the whole 64bit compatibility problems on top of all that in some cases... I have old Windows games that refuse to run due to this...
So, to reiterate, FO was a DOS game... Don't believe me :
