After a bit of searching I can't turn up any alternatives either.
Personally, I just used the wiki for Bobbleheads and let magazines come naturally. There are many more than you need for the achievement.
Thanks for the reply and yeah it is disturbing to read about Scrap Everything as I was about to use that before I did my own due diligence and read about all the issues it was having. So now I am going over every mod I have (on a 120'ish mod load) to make sure nothing bad is being reported and my mod manager is reporting no conflicts.
I remember a mod like this back a long time ago and just made it a lot of fun to hunt them down with the aid of quest, a nice side distraction but I may just follow your example and use Fallout 4 maps or the like. Thanks again for the reply and take is easy.
Scrap Everything uses a special .json file for each settlement that creates a "library" or objects. That file is being overwritten. If this is the case it probably creates conflicts with Spring Cleaning, Clean My Settlement, Sim Settlements, etc.
That mod should have absolutely nothing to do with textures, as it should only be editing the objects.
As suggested in the forums on the Nexus page try moving the mod to load before Scrap Everything, that way Scrap Everything overwrites or edits the mod.
