Super Mutant Behemoth looks small

I recently saw a picture posted in a PCGamer article and it showed the protagonist fighting a behemoth which looked rather small and not really "behemoth" like.
What do you guys think of this?

Its really hard to tell as they are both at different points in their animation but I still think the F4 behemoth looks smaller.

Behemoths were great man, allowed you to hunt down specific and rare enemies. I hope they do other behemoth like creatures!
