Pipboy disable FX help

I've had this bPipboyDisableFX=1 enabled for a long time, to make the Pip-boy clear and in color, but recently OneDrive messed up my computer and my Fallout files became default (had to set up everything again). I need help to know where should I write this bPipboyDisableFX=1, because I tried in Fallout4Prefs.ini (the one in my documents) under display, and it didn't work.

Fallout4Custom.ini, at least AFAIK from the VIS-G or FallUI mod I use.
