Report a translation problem
As I have said, when you install more than one texture mod that does the same or similar things, you will be able to choose which one gets installed when they conflict. However, you need to look at comparisons of those, to decide which one looks better to you.
It would be great if those mods were ported to Fallout 4 but unfortunately, they haven't been yet. You did it again Lady A :)
