What's the deal with Texture mods?
Will they conflict and cause problems if I have more than one installed? or will it just be a case of overwriting the other depending on the load order placement.

I don't know why you'd install more than 1 texture mod for the same thing but they'd just override each other depending on the load order, or if you're using Vortex, depending on the rule set.

Vortex prompts you to decide which conflicting file will overwrite the other. However, if I were you, I would pick a single texture mod.

As I have said, when you install more than one texture mod that does the same or similar things, you will be able to choose which one gets installed when they conflict. However, you need to look at comparisons of those, to decide which one looks better to you.

Noble Skyrim) for architectural textures, and another for water (Like Realistic Water 2) I have both of those, as well as Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM) and I also use an ENB.

He does a tutorial in installing a few different texture mods and there's others showing comparison photos.

It would be great if those mods were ported to Fallout 4 but unfortunately, they haven't been yet. You did it again Lady A :)

The rest of the post is fine though.

Thanks, SuperSledge. And I was being SO careful previously. I slipped up. Again. <sigh>

I edited my post.

okay because I have a few texture mods that I believe will conflict. I uninstalled those already ofc.

Update; I think I broke my vortex installation. It suddenly stopped and when looking at the download tab and sort by game the titles are in lowercase and have no spacing.

Edit, nvm it was a false alarm.
