Disable half of them. Try to load the game. If the game loads, enable half of the mods you disabled, if the game loads, enable half of the remaining disabled mods. Continue until you can't load and then you'll be very close to finding the mod that is the issue. Shouldn't take more than 5 - 6 reloads to find the culprit.
Of course, after all that, you might want to do a clean reinstall and keep track of which mods you had installed so you can reinstall them cleanly without the mod causing the crash.
I can load, it happens after a while in the game
I see you have a lot of gun mods. If crashes happen during combat, there may be a conflict there.
Also I see you have of settlement building mods, and also "Lots more Settlers and Enemies". That kind of thing could cause issues in performance, and CTD's.
You should check out the Nexus discussion forums on specific mods to see if others have similar problems. There may also be incompatibility issues with your other mods. Or mods might be outdated, or even no longer supported.
At the end of the day, no-one can tell you what is causing your CTD's without you doing the groundwork yourself, as everyone's mods list is unique and it also depends on your PC system.
"I can load, it happens after a while in the game" this is the behavior I experienced using ZW2.6.3. Does it crash in the middle of a fight, and/or when corpses are reanimating or there are a lot of them? Can you feel the game start to chug when there are a lot of enemies? Hope this helps.
edit: If you're doing a zombie run I would recommend https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37957
