So how do i change the language in the game? And how do i switch to fullscreen?

I've tried a lot of things, but the language doesn't switch. Also i really want to know how to make the game full screen instead of borderless window.

If you downloaded fallout 4 in an incorrect language, then changed it, you need to uninstall the game and reinstall it fresh. You need to do this through Steam's uninstall function only. Changing midway through doesn't do anything.

What language is the game CURRENTLY?

The game no longer supports things, and only the English version is updated to the current mod-able version.

Change your Steam language, and run the game through its play button rather than a mod launcher. But depending on your language a mod pack might be better.

As for fullscreen, you can try this:
- Go to Documents/My Games/Fallout4
- Open Fallout4prefs.ini, use your windows notepad or any other notepad you've downloaded to open it if it asks.
- Inside the file, you will find 2 lines:
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=0
(You can press CTRL+F in the file to find the lines, just copy what I typed and it will show you where they are. They're close to each other.)
- Change both of those lines to have 1 instead of 0 at the end. It should look like this;
bMaximizeWindow=1
bBorderless=1
- Then click File at the top left of the window, and Save.

Now you can just launch the game and it should work properly in fullscreen.

It supposed to be on russian, but only launcher is translated

Well it didn't asked me what language i want when i started downloading it. I remember they asked before though

it worked this way year ago when i instaled Fallout for the last time. But today game don`t give a ♥♥♥♥ wich language i set in Steam or in steam`s game properties neither. It`s in english, no matter wich language pack i choose and download. Language changes properlly only in launcher.

итак, проблему с языком получилось исправить! Итак что я сделал:
В файлах Fallout4.ini и Fallout4Custom.ini (в папке документы), а также в файле Fallout4default.ini изменил строчку которая отвечает за язык (я так понял ты это уже делал, но вряд ли менял файл кастом) с en на ru и у меня проканало.
я еще удалил Fallout4.ini перед запуском, хз, мб именно это и сработало.
