Storywealth help please (Atlantic offices and Vault 59)

I was playing modded Fallout 4 Storywealth in its latest version and exploring the glowing sea when i was surprised to find a terminal and a locked door in the bottom of Atlantic Offices saying i need a saferoom password. I checked all the ghouls and the surrounding desk and rooms but all i found was a backpack behind a locked security gate. if anyone knows where i could find the key that would be great. Second thing i ran into was finding a cave in Atom's crater that had a map marker called vault 55 but no way to enter the blocked off cave. I also found a elevator for the fault in the devils den to the to the west but needed a vault 59 sanctuary key for that too. if someone knows how to get in these places that would be great help :)

TL;DR found a locked door in Atlantic Offices and can't find password and need help + need help getting in to vault 59

Update, took around 10 minuets to learn vault 59 is part of a railroad quest with Decon's kid so theres that, but still cant find anything on the Atlantic offices thing

alright, i dont know if it will help but it is a part of sim settlements 2, and its about unique settler "Fish Food" check details on your own. If you didnt found kellog yet, go ahead and do that since from what i know this quests unlocks after you found him. Than when you are on the spot, try listening to the radio, my guess is that you will get the password from the distress signal when you are there... dont know for sure since fallout 4 new gen update kinda changed a lot of the stuff and instead of ghuls i have enclave there. If nothing works just use cheats to unlock the terminal.
