For now, i am glad they decided to try something different with the perk system. To copy FO3 system would be less challenging to we hardcore FO3 players. And i always thought the SPECIAL wasn't so special. I love tweaking and teasing the leveling system in these games. FO4 character development and leveling looks interesting. And only two months to go!

Me too. I think its used for setting locations, or helping to find things. Like a line showing you where to go like Deadspace.
