Need help with Grenade Glitch

So I picked a new glitch somehow, not sure what the cause was. But whenever I (or an NPC) throws a grenade a non stop clicking sound starts up. I have temporary fix in unequipping or taking grenades off NPC bodies to make go away. But then next time I throw one it starts all over. Anyone else stumble across this bug? I could use a few suggestions on how to fix it.

repeating noises are mostly founded in sidekicks or Settlers that used workbenches (special weapon and armor one, Scrappers with endless fuser sound are also a common appearance ) and than get taken out of the useage animation (fastraveling as example) the animation isnt ended (you will see it sometimes how the drill still works with noone maning the workbench) and the animation sound endless repeats. it helps sometimes to let the NPC with the noise man the same workbench type again and let him end the animation without interrupting it.

Okay I should've been more specific. This is purely a sound bug, I think the click is the sound the grenades make when you first throw them that keeps endlessly repeating.

I glitch a grenade every time I hit the bash button.
...glitch right at my feet.
