Will Bethesda mods and Nexus Mods work together?
title basically. I'm really new to modding so idk how a lot of things work, but I have some stuff installed already via Bethesda's in game mod thing, but there are a few mods (like FallUI and Full Dialogue) that aren't in there. I know in NMM they're classified as plugins but, has anyone had any conflicting issues trying to install mods from both sources?

Yes, and nexus users tend to specifically tell you if they don't in their descriptions. Especially if they're authors worth downloading from in the first place.

I run mods from both camps , all installed and managed by my Vortex mod manager . The Nexus mods show up as mods while the Bethesda mods also show up as plug-ins only . For the most part they ''play nice'' , tho occasionally you'll download the occasional mod that either like another mod ( Mod conflict, badly written , some times not all mod files com down problem ) usually ending with the game ''playing up'' or not starting up at all .

Just download 1 mod at a time so your game starts playing up , at you know where to start if it is a mod conflict .

People tend to knock vortex but in my experiences a combination of it and wrye bash have never steered mods wrong.

ya I've been seeing a lot of people recommend MM2 but I used Vortex for my New Vegas mods and it seemed fine
