I think you better read the mod page(s) again and pay particular attention to the mod requirements. And there are NO issues with CBBE and BodySlide. The so called issues occur when the USER does not understand what CBBE actually installs and what BodySlide's function really is.
What you're seeing in your game is a body to texture mismatch. You claim you don't have CBBE and BodySlide installed so that means your game is using the VANILLA body mesh and textures. The mismatch happens when you install a CBBE compatible outfit, thus causing your body textures to go haywire since CBBE textures are not compatible with the vanilla body and vice versa.
You said you did a clean install. Did you DELETE the Fallout 4 game folder FIRST along with the ini files? If you didn't, its very likely that your "clean install" wasn't clean at all since you may still have had loose files in your DATA folder that's causing the mismatch you see.
Then the only possibility is what I first stated in my response - you have a texture to body mismatch. If you're using the vanilla body, you MUST use textures that are compatible with the vanilla body and your clothing, armor, etc must ALSO be compatible.
The TL;DR version is you can't mix CBBE with vanilla.
I have issues with other mods that have women in their mid 30s look way younger than men in their 20s. Why do modders want to make women look like dolls anyway?
Also I don't know enough about CBBE, Bodyslider or Outfit studio to get them to work properly.
1. install CBBE as well
2. remove the mod
I have seen that you've problems with the default textures from the CBBE mods. There are plenty of textures for CBBE on nexus you can use. Some even have more realistic take, one with moles, pubes and ect They are all there.
In essence, the first option require more effort while the second one is very easy to solve.
I just wish I could put proper clothes on all of them so I didn't have to see sideways bras constantly. I also wish there was a way to never have to make it so my character was all skinny or something.
Also if I install CBBE, women won't wear undies anymore.
Though now I have a different issue with gloves. The Valkyrie gloves from a mod cause my character's hands to go all wood-like and they no-longer have visible fingernails. They also make the fingers go a lot thinner.
