The effect seemed limited to raiders only for me. (I was able to kill Synths and Super Mutants without issue.)
I also noticed that there were several doors that I was unable to enter. The Cambridge police station (that the Brotherhood of Steel had set up in) I couldn't open the main door but could open the garage door though the wall and get in that way. Did anyone else have this happen to them too?
So since they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up godmode for survival (even if you mod in the console) and therefore trapped me in there I tried it differently, melee and sneak attacks still worked so I just set my strength to 50, one punched the ♥♥♥♥ out of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and reset my strength to what it was originally. Done.
As for the obvious question why I play survival mode when it's bothering me: auto healing limbs, nuff said?
For Fallout 5 they'll ramp that one up and not being hit for 5 sec will recover you to 100%, Fall Out Duty 5...
Edit: oh great, more bugs, after identifying gold it get's picked up as NONE and deleted, yay...
Beth, y u no fix your shid...
