Level is stuck.

Hello. I've leveled to 41 and I can't go beyond. Knowing there is no level cap, how does that work? Is it a glitch? The bar is full, but I can't level anymore. I tried reloading the save, but it didn't fix the problem. Any help?

I assume it is due to the legend of the Sheen, the lack of "winning" lately has caused nuclear meltdown.

Boost your level XP a smidge with console commands maybe?

Boosting XP would only work if the OP is not getting XP from killing and quests.
I suspect the issue here is that the OP is still getting XP, but not leveling up.

Could the OP please clarify, are you still getting XP from kills and quests?
If so you could try with a console command to get you to the next level,
