Yes there is, it makes him more confident so he doesn't whine.

Go to Diamond city and find his trailer. Talk to him. After you leave go find a random security guard and talk to him. The guard will say something like "the Borschev brothers want to talk to you in the duggout inn" go there and talk to the brother. The qeust has now started

Hmmm I can't talk to him like in a conversation, he only seems to say a few lines when I am walking around?

he doesnt have a conversation, you just have to find him and press the talk button to trigger getting the quest from the other guys i think, because i talked to them before i met travis and didnt get the quest then

Yes. I you walk into the Dugout Inn a couple of times eventually you'll be able to get the quest. I'll warn you know though. He's not nearly as amusing with confidence. I no longer laugh when I hear him talk about things.

So when you completed the quest he talked diffrently, cause I completed it too but he doesn't tal diffrent?? please reply! :)

Yeah he talks way different for me. I know longer get to hear about Monster fish when he talks about the Castle being taken ;-;
