Bug Report: Stuck in Hubris Comics (minor spoiler)

The shelf where the case containing grognaks axe is, if you jump on top of the shelf, on the right besides the grognak axe case and the display with a teddy in it, you can get stuck, i was sneaking while i got stuck and i even managed to recreate the scenario, proving that it was not just a fluke.

If you know of a more official place i can report this it would be greatly appreciated

one sollution is to toggle collisions and get out. console command tcl
