Paladin Brandis [Spoilers]

I failed to convince Brandis to rejoin the Brotherhood. Is he stuck in his bunker forever now? Should I just kill him for his gun?

Go talk to Danse and see what he says about it?

He will stay there forever, yes. You can crash at his "pad" though - Or load a save before talking with him and keep trying over and over again. It's a percentage chance, not a guaranteed "Yes/No" when you try to use the charisma dialogue options.

That's definitely a bug of some kind. You enter the code, go in and talk to him.

Well if he isn't ever going to leave the bunker now then I'll just kill him. Danse didn't react to him dying either, so it's all good.

I only didn't retry to convince him because it was early in the game and I didn't know I only had one chance. I thought I could come back later when my charisma was higher.

"Some" dialogues allow for that - But not all.

I got problem, how can I end this mission? Big airship has arrived and when I go speak Danse, he wont let me make my final report about succesful mission. Instead he takes me to airship and there he changes to my companion. And even now I cant find this reporting option in dialogies. Is this bug or can I report to him somehow and get my exp?

this was happening to me aswell. so i went back and put on all BOS armor on my power suit and he wasnt hostile after opening the door anymore.

Approaching him in BOS power armor makes him hostile and the quest line tells you to kill him.

It's not possible to get him to rejoin. That I've ever seen. I'll try again with my new char and see because I have 10 charisma already on that one. Supposedly you can and there's a video on YT of it.

i have a 3rd rejoin option ,it is a red one, and failed
ps:a 10 charisma character
ps2: i successed! after 2nd success,ask him about hiding out ,everything with "Y",and try rejoin option last!

I did something similar: fail to convince him. I ended up finishing the game but after I finished it I found out I could have made him rejoin the brotherhood, I am trying to figure out a way to reset his NPC. Is there anyway to reset him? (or spawn him?)

Look in the fandom wiki for him and the quest that is active when you find him. there are ways to reset the quest stages. USE CAUTION. SAVE FIRST. Using the console to fix things can bork your game.
