U.S.S. constitution - bug before quest ending

I'm at the point where Ironside gives me the last task to switch on the "auxiliary power".

My problem is that I cant find the location of the power switch, the map marker seems bugged.

When I'm standing on deck it marks the trapdoor leading under deck, when I go under deck, it marks the bottom trapdoor that exits the ship, when I exit through this trapdoor it marks the trapdoor on deck again...

Can anyone please tell me where this switch is located?

It's a pain, the switch is right in the empty building to the front right side of the ship
