BoS Quartermastery and Cleansing the Commonwealth

Major bug with these two quests. I simply cannot turn the quests in now. I've done both several times each, had no problems. Now all of a sudden I cannot turn either quest in upon completion.

Anyone else having or had this problem and found a way around it?

Hey,
For quartermastery, open the console and type "player.setstage bosr02 40" (without the " )
For Cleansins type "player.setstage bosr01 40"

You should be standing inside the police station.

Hmm that's strange...asking if you did type it correctly won't be nescessary I guess.
Sorry but I don't know anything else, as this worked for me.

I'm fairly certain they are just repeatable quests.

Yeah that's right, but his problem seems to be the same as mine a short while ago. The quests seem to be repeatable infinitely (probably as an easy source to acquire exp and caps), but sometimes they get stuck and no matter what you do, you can't turn them in.

The method I mentioned above helped me at least...

It seems to be a problem I'm having with the BoS. I cannot talk to Proctor Teagan (sp?) while I have an active quest for him, but as soon as i complete the quest I can. I cannot talk to the two NPCs for Quartermastery or Cleansing. I get literally no dialogue at all, same with Teagan. While I have an active quest for him, I get no dialogue at all. I tried using those console commands multiple times, nothing happened.

I'm no programmer or specialist watsoever and merely found the command I used randomly.

@Llama Lords of Science, I got an answer for you (4 years late). Per the wiki, and the fact that I have my game messed up in the same way, I'm guessing you got the Tactical Thinking quest into a failed state. So some NPCs (repeatable quest givers Haylen and Tegan won't engage me in dialogue) are non-responsive

PC players can work around this by using the console command "setstage fdc8c 0" to force-start Spoils of War..

Although, this did not fix my non responsive NPCs. Might have to reset the Tactical Thinking quest?
