im talking about that neat looking hazard suit enrico was wearing, and also at the beginning of the game in the cryo fascility "mysterious figure" was wearing?

the point is he has not)
there is also no sign of it anywhere in the institute(all lockers/boxes)
and I also didn't find it on the list of all outfits

I found 1 in the room with reactor in the institute on the table . Don't know will it work but the items id is ff003849

They're in the institute. They don't do much, so aren't worth is stat wise, but you can find them if you just look around.
