The seabeast that attacked minute-men castle?

So, i just ran across this quest where preston garvey told me about the seabeast that had aparently attacked and destroyed the castle.
So, where did it go? Can you find it?
The sea is EXTREMELY big in this game, i myself went to the southeast corner, but found nothing.

Could it perhaps be possible to find the seabeast that attacked the castle?
Also, in one of the concepts shown during games annnouncing/release(dont know), there was a faint picture of a giant octopus.

If you find anything special in the ocean exept small containers like me, post it here :)

I think it would be weird of bethesda to make such a big space for ocean, and put nothing in it, especially if they said that there actually IS a seabeast in it.

Pursuing the Minutemen quests will lead you to it.

Welll I would suggest you play the minuteman quest line. There is this quest where you take back the castle and find more about the seabeast.

Arguably, the beast is the Mirelurk Queen you fight at the end of it

Oh. And bring some heavy firepower. A Fat Man might lead to a little too much friendly fire (trust me) but a Missile Launcher + T-45 armor is probably a smart choice if you're on Survival like I am.
