Nothing I know of for it but to wait for patches.
Another thing I found when researching this issue is that Fallout 3 and New Vegas had the same issues at first for some users...interesting....another Bethesda typical bug? Still my favorite game development company though.
Not only one with this issue as well.

There are a lot of possible reasons for it. I used to have the issue in some games back in windows 7 but I forget what I did to resolve it. Likely to be a different task/program for each person.
Update: Well, after playing for six hours I did not have the closing problem. But, now I have a new problem. The game freezes and then will not close out. Even ctrl-alt-del doesn't do anything. I have to restart the computer. It happened twice. Damn, I hate updates.
It may not be specifically SideSync in anyone else's case for what is forcing your game to alt+tab on its own. But I'll bet it's an offending program running somewhere in Windows for you still. Might want to try experimenting around with closing down some other stuff you have running to see if they are the culprit.
Hope this helps some of you out there. Seems this issue has a different cause for almost everyone.
