Get the Local Leader Perk, it shares loot between workshops.

Yep, local leader perk, then choose one of your settlers to create a supply line. The resources will then be shared between the settlements.

1. Local leader - to use it, go into workshop mode, find a settler, and then use the hotkey at bottom (default Q I beleive) to assign them to a settlement. It does work as a network; e.g. if you have settlements A, B, and C, and you have a settler trading with A->B, and B->C, then C can use resources from A (and A from C, and B to A and C). If you go to your pip-boy map there is a hotkey to identify where your networks are, and as long as they're all connected, you're good.

2. Strong Back, tier 4, lets you fast travel while encumbered.
