Fix for getting stuck on terminals without restarting!
So, I happened upon this when I got stuck on a terminal and had no saves to restart, I didn't want to restart my entire game that had over 20hrs of gametime. So I tried EVERYTHING and found a way to un-glitch myself and I was able to replicate it multiple times so it really works, heres how.

Once stuck open up the console and click on the terminal to get it's id, took me a few trys because of the angle I was at so I typed in "tfc" which puts you in free cam (type "tfc" again to return to normal), once you get the id of the terminal type "player.moveto "id", where "id" is put the id code you got when you clicked on the terminal.

You will have to press E once on the terminal to get unstuck and bam you are free! I hope this helps anyone who gets this annoying glitch.

I find just openin g and closing steam overlay fixes stuck in terminals or pipboy for me.

Why would you have no saves to restart after 20 hours?

You could just limit your frame rate with either ccc or nvidia inspector to your monitors refresh rate and avoid the problem alltogether...

@Vardis I accidentally deleted them, so user error.

As for the other things pointed out, I already know about these "fixes", I did this because they never worked all the time plus I KNOW my fix works.

player.moveto player is enough.

Thank you for player.moveto player console command. That works great when tcl is bugged and I don’t want to lose frames. Thank you!

If you're good TCL does it, if TCL is stuck you got the workaround, but you can also do Disable, move out of the way, Enable.
