Shout out: If you get stuck in a conversation (BUG)

If you get stuck in a conversation, but the conversation actually doesn't continue, leaving you able to move around, yet unable to use weapons, activate any props and worse yet, not able to use your pipboy, then to fix this bug, you need to chase after the person you were talking to and try activating them again, it'll work, restart the conversation and get you the ability to use things again.

Just had it happen with a settler, and that's how I fixed it.

Yeah I had this bug with a settler provisioner heading to Abernathy's Farm, just yakked blah blah. I just left did something else and it was fine after that when trying to talk to her again.

I just had to get close, focus on them and the dialog continued. Usually this happens if you're talking to someone, and someone else bumps you away from the person you're talking to.
