Distress Signal Help

After I turned on relay tower osc 527 I got a distress signal, it's a woman asking for help, I can't really hear it that well, so I don't know if she's giving directions or not. Can someone help me find the location? I've been searching for the last half an hour.

Leave the channel on and roam around a bit, you will notice the signal fading away or becoming better, it should show you even a percentage of the signals strength, there's a similar mission you can encounter with a lost brotherhood patrol...and usually those distress signals don't have much range..

Yeah I've done a few of the BOS distress signals and they did have the range, unfortunately this one doesn't.

If it's the one I think it is, the recording says she is hiding in a nearby train waggon with her son.

If you do all three of them, it will lead you to an old bunker, with a old BOS Knight in it, but the loot he's offering you is not really worth it...on the other hand, I've completed the quest without being sided with the BOS, so the outcome may be different if you are..
And for the distress call, you still could leave the signale on and roam around, those sat towers only boost loacl signals, so if you go around in circles, you should pick it up eventually sooner or later...

Nah it's not that one, I found that one on Google. I turned my speakers up to max and it says she's in a jewlery safe(???), she says a location (valice, or something, I can't quite understand it).

I would go for the nearest town then, and look for some kind of shop where it looks like there have been jewlery sold...or it might be as hard to find as the shelter at green fiddlers ;-)

Well I found it, it's Falons Department Store, just posting this just incase anyone else searches for this. Thanks for everyones help.

Thx for the info...if I might stumble across the same signal, I know where to look...if those signals aren't randomized and have multiple spots where they can spawn...

This distress signal is from Tales from the Commonwealth mod. You are looking for Belcher's Cave, it's on the left edge of the map, up, location is on your map but undiscovered

No, its not. Its a base game distress signal he found where its supposed to be - in a Fallons Department Store. 8 years ago. When this thread was made. Less than a week after the games launch.

Try actually reading a thread before you reply to it. Especially the post dates.

You're on the money bro, I saw this signal in my radio and couldnt hear the location clearly enough and didnt get a quest or map marker. Thanks for clarifying...I'm off to BELCHERS CAVE.
