And you only need like 8 or so settlements before you get that final minuteman quest, which btw is to get a new settlement.
Got 20 Minutemen quests racked up.
Only quests i've failed are Minutemen quests.
There is no other way to protect those damn settlements 24/7.
Im working with all companions (so far only found cods/preston) and preston is my right hand man (even if his aim with that musket blows hard), got his perk and every now and then he wants to thank me for helping.
Im not innundated with quests, what are you guys doing that your pileing on the quests?
Ah right I only did the Minutemen stuff towards the end. He's not giving me those help settlers missions though. I have him stored over in a random settlement I never visit maybe that's why.
And the pay sucks.
Only one I failed yet is a kidnapping mission. I thought I had unlimited time to go kill the raiders but I did not.
That's what 24/7 means. :P You should have said 24/7 365 days a year.
Considering the fact that many of the settlers seem to be sterile according to the lack of infants and children, I don't really see the difference between synths and humans. In fact synths might be better settlers considering they aren't affected by radiation, don't need to sleep, complain way less when asked to do dirty or menial jobs, and can take a much larger beating.
The same way as the Brotherhood of Steel have two sets of continuous quests that you can just play over and over and over.
