You're SPECIAL! book doesn't let me choose strength [RESOLVED]
Gonna keep this short and simple, I haven't tried with other characters but the character I want more strength on won't let me pick strength in the you're special book. I can pick anything from perception on down just not strength I've tried reloading relaunching even going back to earlier saves to before I got the strength bobblehead and none have worked.

you cant go past ten with it if I remember correctly

perhaps that's your issue?

No I want to get strength because I need it to get up to 10 so I can get the pain train perk, I don't even have any stats at 10 clossest being 9 intelligence

Oddly enough the book won't let you choose a SPECIAL stat even if it's being artifically boosted above 9. If you're in power armor, that would be your problem.

That was the problem, I've basically been playing the whole game In power armor because I've been finding fusion cores left and right. Thanks for the help
