[BUG] When Crouching in First Person I See My Body Parts??

I was messing around in god mode and I think I may have blown up or something and now whenever im in third person, I can see body parts clipping through my back and face. When I crouch in first person all I can see is the inside of said body parts, it takes up most of my screen. The "body parts" that I'm refering to are the parts that kind of fly off when you get blown to bits by a mini nuke or something. I think since I was in god mode they have glitched out and I can't seem to get rid of them.

I have tried:
-Restarting game
-Loading a previous save
-Seeing if there is any console command that could help (none found yet)

Found a fix if you still need it:
hit the ~ key then type player.removeitem 001E22E5

thread was made in 2015. helped people no matter the year. thanks for helping people with fixing an annoying bug. (i had it and couldn't find anything online till i found this thread)
