Where are the save files located?

So I need to do a clean install and I copied all my games from my "common" folder to another HDD. I don't see a "save" folder in the FO4 folder so I checked my "documents" where some games put the save files, but it's not there either.

Also, does this game do cloud saves? Will that allow me to resume my game even if I didn't copy the save files?

It should be in C:\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 or which ever drive letter you use for documents by default it's C

For some reason, some game put it straight in "documents" while others put it in "documents > my games"
