Boring to the unimaginative seemingly.. I'm sorry the Retro futuristic 2070s are so boring for you. Might I suggest the Sims? You can dress your people as slooty as you like and don't have to worry about tedious things like gameplay or story arcs!

Desdemona's suit is pretty sexy but only because she has a magnanamous rear end. I notice it when I follow her into the Railroad HQ everytime. Very impressive. But otherwise, the Corset is nice.

If you're talking about my girl, the armor is synth armor model a. That thing half covering her neck is synth a model chest armor. Most of the protection is provided by a ballistic cap model 5. There's absolutely nothing on her legs. The synth model a armbands look more like bracelets than armor.

I don't like mods because they focus too much on sexyness on outfits.

I thought bethesda would have a healthy middle balance but the game feels like everyone is a prude.

Even in fallout 3 raider women had like tape over their nipples wearing strainers as bras.

Wasn't it also Fallout 3, or one of its expansions, which had the raider ordinance armour, where the female used mini-nuke bits as cups?

I think it suits the raiders to wear ridiculous Mad Max-style gear, given their general lack of sense and constant drug abuse. And that goes for both men and women.
