How's this. it's all vanilla, and the AC is around 170/180/35.
I thought bethesda would have a healthy middle balance but the game feels like everyone is a prude.
Even in fallout 3 raider women had like tape over their nipples wearing strainers as bras.
I think it suits the raiders to wear ridiculous Mad Max-style gear, given their general lack of sense and constant drug abuse. And that goes for both men and women.
