I find only Harness so far.

In the base game? Not that I've found so far.
There are texture swaps arriving daily on NExus. One or two fall in that category now (as in sexyish)
In the future after toolkit is here there will be total new armor/ clothing arriving that
is not just a texture swap of existing base items.

But, that is some months away.
